Destiny Harvest Church, just north of Washington, DC in Columbia, MD, is a five year old ARC church plant, exploding with exponential growth! We are searching for an Associate Pastor to serve on our Lead Team. www.destinyharvest.tv

Requirements:
Exude a vibrant relationship with Jesus and love for the Church.
Possess an obvious passion for people.
Ability to teach and communicate in large and small environments.
Ability to organize and grow large systems (connect group structure).
Ability to identify, train, and develop leaders.
Ability to gather people, build teams, and grow volunteers.
Ability to foster a passion for local and global mission.
Possess a proven track record as a team builder both paid and volunteer.
Overall be a passionate, driven, self-starting, and teachable leader.
Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities:
Serve on the Pastoral Lead Team.
Lead Destiny Harvest Church staff and volunteers.
Provide pastoral care.
Oversee the organizational structure of connect groups for Destiny Harvest Church.
Oversee Next Steps Team for the church.
Inspire, recruit, train, and appreciate Dream Team Volunteers.
Teach in large and small settings. (1-3x/year on main stage)
Help to guide the purpose, passion, and principles at Destiny Harvest Church.
