POSITION SUMMARY:
We are currently looking for a Campus Pastor who is dedicated to living out the mission of The Cove Church through sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. With a passion for investing in people and building relationships, this role is full of opportunities to mobilize the mission of the church into the community and create a dynamic and engaging experience that people will want to be a part of.

ESSENTIALS:
Ordained Pastor or ordination qualified
DNA Carrier: Vision Caster and Cultural Carrier of the mission and vision of The Cove
Mobilizer: Leader who equips and inspires other leaders
People Magnet: Great with people and believe in caring for others
A team player: Works well with a team and within the organizational structure
Communicator: Excellent communication skills that translate to weekend speaking from stage
Multi-tasker: Demonstrated organizational skills
Provide point leadership to a regional campus
Assist with oversight of all aspects of weekend experience on campus
Actively creating opportunities and environments for growth and development
Evidence of experience, giftedness and leader development
