The Pastor to Students will plan, coordinate, and implement a comprehensive ministry for the growth and spiritual development of teens at Merriman Road Baptist Church. The candidate must have a heart to reach the teens in our community with the Gospel and the ability to work with and equip a ministry team. The Pastor to Students needs to be a disciple maker who is working to raise up disciple-makers. The candidate may also give oversight to interns who may serve under him.
