First United Methodist Church of McKinney, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Connections and Adult Discipleship Ministries Job qualifications include: ACS Church Technologies (data base) experience – highly desired - High School Diploma required - At least 5 years of prior administrative experience supporting multiply departments - Solid organizational skills, strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask in an efficient manner - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Exemplary communication and hospitality skills - An attitude of service toward others Essential characteristics to be effective in this position include: -Flexibility and adaptability -Ability to process and apply information to various situations/circumstances -Confident yet teachable -Focused, self-starter; driven -Capable of independent thinking and learning First UMC McKinney offers an excellent compensation package which includes company paid medical.
