Blount Community Church (BCC), a growing non-denominational fellowship of believing and interested people, seeks an experienced children's ministry leader to guide the development of BCC Kids, our children's ministry that encompasses children ages birth through 6th grade. Our ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of progressive experience in a dynamic children's ministry with a demonstrated track record of guiding children and their families into a meaningful relationship with Jesus while effectively engaging and retaining volunteers who support the ministry in weekly and special service roles.
