Job Description: Position Overview:
The role of Executive Pastor is to partner with the Lead Pastor, Overseers and Staff in ensuring that the strategic ministry objectives of Life Changing Realities Fellowship, Inc (LCRF). are effectively and efficiently attained. As Chief of Staff, the Executive Pastor oversees the general administration of LCRF, facilitates implementation of the LCRF Vision, helps develop new programs in keeping with the LCRF Vision, maximizes the effectiveness of present programs, and provides leadership, support, supervision and oversight of the staff and department administrators. The Executive Pastor reports to the Overseers, working closely with them and with the Lead Pastor.
About Life Changing Realities Fellowship, Inc:Life Changing Realities Fellowship began on September 14, 2003 in Edgerton, Ohio, with the desire to help people discover a life changing relationship with Jesus Christ.
