Job Description: We are looking for a bilingual worship leader with the ability to plan and execute worship services in both english and spanish.
This position is part-time, hourly- 10-15 hours per week.
- Meet weekly with senior pastor to plan worship services out in advance
- Lead and develop volunteer musicians and tech teams
- schedule musicians
- communicate mid-week with musicians and media team
- lead sunday morning rehearsal and service
** We share the same band and vocalists in both services, and use the same order of service and set list as often as possible in both languages.

Job Qualifications:- Confident and strong vocalist, with the ability to lead from an instrument- preferably guitar or keys
- Understanding of past and present trends in church music, and the ability to produce modern arrangements of older music to fit the overall style of the service.
- basic knowledge of music theory, particularly the ability to transpose modern worship songs into congregation-friendly keys
- experience leading teams of volunteer musicians
