About Challis Mission Church:
We are a small non-denominational church in the heart of Idaho. The church is the Challis Mission Church. We have a nice church building and a large parsonage next door. Our congregation has been served for several years by two brothers that have their own church family in another small town 60 miles away. They have been very faithful but the time has come to employ a pastor that lives here and can Shepherd the local congregation and be part of our community. Challis, Idaho is at the edge of the wilderness area. We are a small town of about 1000, with greater population surrounding us as ranchers and farmers. If you would be interested in living in an area that is 60 miles from the nearest small town and 150 miles from Idaho Falls, which is the closest city with Walmart, stop lights and such, then we would be interested in visiting with you and sharing what our church community needs and what we believe.
