Job Description: The Union Baptist Church is a very special family oriented congregation with a certain old school charm. We have an older primarily African American congregation. We are presently in the process of rebuilding our church membership. We have (50) dedicated God fearing members and roughly (40) regular attendees every Sunday.
We are seeking a pastor who is an instructor in the sound doctrine of the Bible. He should have a vision and a compelling plan for the future of our church; as well as being passionate about reaching young people and young families. He must uphold the biblical principles in 1 Timothy 3:1-7; and Titus 1:6-7.

About Union Baptist Church:Our church is comprised of 50 mostly older individuals, primarily African Americans we were established in Oakland, CA 70 years ago. With the demographics shift that has occurred over the past several decades we have experienced a decline in membership. We are prayerful that God will show us the way forward.
