One God Ministry, Fairfax, VA is seeking a full or part time music minister / director for the local area. The position reports to the Pastor of One God Ministry. The successful candidate will bring the following:

Education: One God Ministry values all types of education, including in music, arts, and ministry, as well as professional and secular education in diverse fields. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, however spirit-led musical talent and leadership ability are the priorities for this position.

Duties and Expectations: The job duties and expectations are as follows:
Playing the keyboard and leading spirit-filled praise and worship sets at all services (Sundays and mid-week, and occasional weekends for special programs).
Conducting band rehearsals.
Conducting weekly Choir/Praise Team rehearsal (Thursday Eve's @ 7pm)
Supporting the children's ministry and other groups for special events as necessary.
Growing in God by attending services and mid-week bible studies.
Salary: TBD - dependent on candidate expertise and coverage
