Primary assignment is to prepare our worship team and lead our congregation in Praise during our worship service. Our contemporary praise team is made up of 8-10 singers and musicians with a love for Jesus and a desire to spread the gospel through music. RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with the Pastor and the Worship Team to create a Cohesive, impactful, spiritually authentic worship service. Lead, shape and oversee the organizational relationships of the worship team including but not limited to the following: Song selection, logistics, spiritual development, artistic development and overall relational health. Recruit and develop talented people who desire to serve joyfully on the Worship team. Serve in a leadership capacity beyond worship that best fits talents and abilities. (i.e. Associate Pastor, Youth, Systems Development...) Compensation: This is a compensated role. Amount can vary based on what the individual brings to the role, and how much additional responsibility they are able to take on. Compensation amount represents a level for discussion of a part time contribution.

Boulder Mountain Community Church is looking for a Part-time Worship Pastor to help us move our church to the next level. We are a congregation 100 with diverse age groups from little children to seniors. Our purpose as a church is to introduce people to Jesus Christ, to welcome them into His family, to call them into worship, to instruct them in God's Word, and, to empower them to minister for the glory of God.
Qualifications: A mature, strong, and growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Gifted in music as an expression of faith and creative artistic discernment. Excellent instrumental and vocal abilities. Experienced in "tech support" including: digital sound boards, computer enhancements, lighting, general electrical equipment, etc. Fluency in contemporary music and music culture. Effective team builder and motivator. Competent communicator; both interpersonal and public. Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively regarding all matters of the worship experience. Experience leading worship.
