LEAD PASTOR
PRIMARY ROLE
The primary role of the Lead Pastor is to cast and implement the vision for OneLife Community Church, develop the leaders, and preach regularly.

You are ready to do anything short of sin to help people know the love of Jesus. You love to help people go from lost to found and become fully-devoted followers of Jesus Christ. You are a leader.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Have a passion for reaching the lost for Christ
Have a crystal-clear vision for your life and your ministry.
Cast the vision for the church clearly through and with the leadership, staff, and church.
Prepare and deliver a message at least 40 Sundays per year.
Strong leader willing to make difficult decisions and lead through change.
Balanced with a passion for discipleship and evangelism.
Connector who loves to build relationships and connections with people.
Developer of talent, both on the stage and in the seats.
Life-long learner who is in tune with trends and movements within the church.
Confident in dealing with the challenges of being a leader and ready to do hard things.
Sensitive to the Holy Spirit, grounded in God's word, and connected to Jesus.

Implement a strategy for growing the church, both numerically and spiritually, define and develop the unique identity of OneLife Community Church, blaze a clear path for people to become fully-devoted followers of Jesus at OneLife.
Must be proficient with: leadership, vision, mission, values, communication, technology church trends, relationships, social media, branding, strong theology, Biblical teaching.
