The Associate Pastor of Worship & Arts will serve the church by shepherding the congregation into a community of authentic and expressive worshippers that is fueled by their personal lifestyle of worship and discipleship in Jesus Christ. The APWA will be a highly collaborative servant, who is able to inspire lay leaders, work alongside staff, and eagerly engages the entire life of KCC. The ideal candidate will have a heart for our increasingly diverse community, ad take an active role as we desire to be changed by Jesus to change the world.
