SCOPE: The Media and Tech Specialist wears many hats but is most responsible for the care and maintenance of all audio, video, and lighting systems as well as participating in the recruiting, training and development of volunteers in use of all major technical systems. Additionally they are responsible for video and graphic content development. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides direction and leadership to Tech Ministry volunteer team. Works at the direction of the the Worship Associate and Worship Pastor to develop compelling and engaging worship services and events. Develop the Tech Ministry spiritually and physically by exhibiting Christian leadership, positive coaching and skill development. Responsible for the maintenance of all technical systems: audio, video, lighting, throughout the entire campus. Develops engaging video content and graphics to compliment Sunday services and special events. Provide insight and direction to stay up to date on live production trends and technology. Develop video and graphic content to complement worship services and events. Develops a relationship with Christ Chapel Academy to ensure that their technical needs are met. Keeps with the latest technical trends and continually reassess technical system for upgrades.

Spiritual A truly devoted disciple of Jesus Christ with a servant's heart. A teachable spirit and a commitment to Christ Chapel Ministries' vision of, mission, and values, and culture of empowered leadership. Education At least a high school diploma. An Associates degree or technical degree is preferred. Experience 2+ years working in a live production or church environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in working with and coaching people of all ages and generations. Equipment & Software A working knowledge of these audio consoles: Yamaha M7CL, Presonus CS18, and Mackie DL1608. A working knowledge of these lighting consoles: Road Hog 4 and ETC ION. A working knowledge of these softwares: Livestream studio, ProPresenter, Planning Center Online - Services, Final Cut, and Nuendo. A working knowledge of: analog and digital intercom systems, and PC and MAC computers. Additional Demonstrated experience in building and supporting teams of volunteers. Proven ability to le
