Staff Responsibilities Senior Pastor Leads Mountaintop Community Church in accordance with Biblical principles. Leads the creation and strategic implementation of the church's vision and mission. Leads the staff to fulfill the church's mission through its various ministries, programs, and functions. Leads the Teaching Team and serves as the primary Teaching Pastor Directional Team Leads the Directional Team to discern and implement a strategy to fulfill God's vision for Mountaintop Community Church. Commits to leading Mountaintop as a team, modeling community for our church. We will celebrate each other's victories, pray for each other, and treat each other with respect. We will do life together. Programming Team Meets weekly with Programming Team to design mid-week and weekend services Leads the Teaching Team to plan message series and assigns teaching responsibilities to the team. Board of Elders Assists the Board of Elders to exercise leadership, governance, and discipline to ensure the spiritual health of Mountaintop Community Church. Board of Directors Assists the Board of Directors to ensure the financial health of Mountaintop Community Church. About Mountaintop Community Church Mountaintop Church was founded in 1992 with a focus on reaching people who had given up on or never tried church, the church began with ten people in a living room and over the years has grown to more than 1,300 each weekend.
