Senior PastorHigh Street Community Church Job Description: High Street Community Church, located in NW Pa. is a small rural non-denominational congregation. We are looking for a pastor that will lead us into a deeper relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. We are a church with traditional values and welcome current as well as traditional approaches.
We believe that the Bible is the inherent Word of God. We desire a pastor with a gregarious personality who has the abilities to shepherd and develop a growing congregation.

About High Street Community Church:We are a church of friendly and loving people who want to serve Jesus Christ. The church building was built about 12 years ago after out growing the old church. Job Qualifications:The pastor will demonstrate in word and deed, a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. He will be open to ideas of others, be gregarious, compassionate, approachable, energetic and learned. The pastor needs to be a person of faith, integrity, dedication and good judgement. The lifestyle of the pastor should be a demonstration of the Christian gospel, within the home, the church and the world. The pastor needs to demonstrate the ability as a preacher, pastoral care giver and administrator. It is important that the pastor have strong relational skills. At minimum, a graduate of an accredited college; preferred, a graduate of a school of theology accredited by the American Assoc. of Theological Schools.
