Job Description: Full-Time pastor over Worship Arts leading and enriching music and arts offerings to deepen the worship experience.
Work directly together with the Senior Pastor, church staff, and worship/music/drama team members to effectively design, plan and implement fresh and varied worship arts elements into our multiple, multi-generational worship services that are comprised of traditional, blended and contemporary themes to reach and engage young families of a post-modern generation as well as mature Christians in the faith.
Oversee a large ministry comprised of vocal, instrumental/orchestral, drama, sound and lighting tech specialists.
Recruiting and developing others to lead and contribute to the worship process.
Facilitating and directing rehearsals of music on a weekly basis.
Oversee several worship services on Sunday morning and Sunday evening with different styles of worship.
Oversee pre-school, children's and student choirs.
Model Christian maturity and kingdom values in both professional and personal life.
Report to and communicate regularly with the Senior Pastor.
Meet and work with Church Staff and other pastors regularly.
Plan and implement multi-generational and multi-cultural special music and drama events.

Passionate for all Biblical styles/forms of worship
Ability to lead effectively and give oversight to praise teams, special music, musicians, Adult Choir, orchestra, graded choirs, Drama Ministry, and special events.
Creative, innovative, high energy, willing to reach outside the box and take risks.
Proficient with current and trending technology, social media and multi-media.
Be able to give oversight to sound, light and multi-media technicians.
Have a servants heart.
Passionate about and possess strong people skills.
Bachelor degree at least.
Have strong leadership, organizational and pastoral skills.
Respect and value other church ministries and willingness to be bold in developing relationships within our multi-gen, multi-cultural church family.
Love the local church.
Strong work ethic.
Strong Bible Knowledge.
