Media Responsibilities and Duties: -Oversee all aspects of media production for Little Chapel Church. This includes but is not limited to signage, bulletins, social media, graphic designs, sanctuary slides, videos, web design, podcasts. -Will be able to maintain and utilize Social Media platforms; i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter to promote LCC and events LCC is connected to. -Oversee web development and maintenance. This includes editing and uploading sermons weekly to the web page, advertising events and ministries, and managing website content. -Be prepared to present design options for review and approval by the time designated by Serve Director or lead pastor for each event or advertisement. -Grow and lead a team of volunteers to execute media technology for worship services, ministries, and church events. -Attend weekly staff meetings and business meetings and be prepared to report on ministry activities. -Will have a demonstrated ability to create original high-quality media production that supports vision, events, etc here at LCC and those we partner with. -The Media Director of LCC and will be accessible to other support staff and pastors to complete projects that are media-related. -And anything else Lead Pastor would require

Abilities & Qualifications Required: -Spiritual maturity and outward signs of a growing relationship with the Lord. -Belief and personal experience in the current work of the Holy Spirit in individual believers' lives and in the church. -If not a member of LCC will complete the membership process within six months of initial employment. -Demonstration and evidence of problem-solving and conflict management skills. -Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university is preferred, but not required -Will be a continual learner: taking advantage of training that will bring higher levels of proficiency tot he above mentioned programs. -Will have the knowledge and ability to work within media platforms such as but not limited to Lightroom, Photoshop, iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, etc. -Able to lead people and a department well. -Will be and will continue an ability to be a self-starter highly motivated to perform each task with a high degree of excellence -Demonstrated ability to continually make the Media Department better.
