Position: Lead Pastor - Full Time Rome Community Bible Church Non-Denominational Bellingham, WA The Rome Vision: To humbly make disciples and lead Rome Community Bible Church as a worshipping community of grace and truth, who share the love of Christ locally and globally. Today it is a family-oriented fellowship of 175 people with an average Sunday attendance of approximately 130. There is a strong commitment to the clear teaching and application of the Word of God to all ages through various ministries, and a commitment to local and world missions. RCBC is seeking God's man to lead the church through the preaching and teaching of God's Word. The Lead Pastor will supervise a staff of a youth pastor, part-time office secretary and worship leader, and will work with the Church board composed of elders and deacons with a goal of discipling members of the body toward spiritual growth in Christ. The church is located on the busy and scenic Mt Baker Hwy. in rural Whatcom County Washington, approximately six miles east of Bellingham, a city of about 87,000.
