Job Description:

The Director of Youth Ministries is a full-time paid position. The person oversees and administers programs of religious education, worship, and group activities for the youth of St. John's (5th-12th grades), as well as opportunities for Christian education for the young adult of St. John's (18-30 years old). This ministry empowers youth and young adults to lead a life in Christ, through service, fellowship, and spiritual growth within the traditions of the Episcopal Church, while caring for all families. The Director of Youth Ministries works with all clergy and staff, and reports directly to the Rector. Minimum requirements are a bachelor's degree, and experience in Youth Ministry is preferred.
