The Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the church. Responsibilities include supervision of church facilities, management of human resources and maintenance of church calendar and events. The candidate should have the ability to creatively construct church publications, supervise the work of others, process payroll, develop and implement policies, and analyze operational protocol. We are looking for candidates with previous church administration experience who approach church administration as an essential ministry of the congregation. Candidates should have excellent_noemailputer skills, including working knowledge of Publisher, Word and Excel. Experience with updating and amending web content is preferred. Excellent written and oral_noemailmunication skills and effective_noemailanizational skills are a must.
The Church Administrator reports to the Senior Pastor and the Executive Committee.
