Job Description:
The Children and Family Pastor (CFP) at Living Hope Church is responsible to oversee the entire children's ministry (children ages birth through 6th grade) and their families. The areas of oversight include, but are not limited to, 252 Kidz Small Group (based on 252 basics), Family KonneXion Service (based on KidStuf), Vacation Bible School, Kidz Leadership Development and Outreach Events. The CFP will be empowered to create, lead and improve a revolutionary,cutting-edge children's and family ministry. He or she will recruit and train leaders who, as the children continue to grow in stature, will partner with parents to train their children to grow in wisdom and favor with God and man (Luke 2:52).
