Job Description:
Discipleship Pastor (full-time): This person will need to be passionate about building a vibrant Christian Community within the Mustard Seed Church. They will need to develop an effective means of we_noemailing and assimilating new people into the life of the church and develop a_noemailprehensive discipleship process that will lead to life transformation and spiritual and numerical growth within the church. We currently have 25-30 small groups and ministry groups which are a strong basis for building a discipleship process. Education, experience and/or training must be relevant to the position.
