This person shall have a mature and growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This person shall develop discipleship ministries at Crossroads. A seminary degree focusing in Christian Education is preferable, but direct experience in managing discipleship ministries is valued. To this end a Discipleship pastor should be credentialed (or prepare to be credentialed) as a deacon/local pastor in The United Methodist Church.
