Large Texas United Methodist congregation in growing city seeks a Director of Worship Arts to serve the congregation in a full-time capacity. Must exhibit 10 years of successful work growing a worship arts program in a local church, an undergraduate degree with preference for a graduate degree attainment in music, current active_noemailmunity involvement in the arts, winsome and outgoing personality, exhibited team building skills,_noemailfort with a mix of musical styles, successful team experience in church with multiple staff members, and experience in leading both choral and instrumental ensembles.
