Job Description:
This full time position will be responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing Biblically based, relevant, engaging and age appropriate programming for the middle and high school students at the South Park campus.

Creating a culturally relevant and engaging atmosphere that will attract students of diverse backgrounds (both church and unchurched) with the goal of helping them grow as disciples who Know Christ, Grow in Christ and Go for Christ
Responsible for_noemailmunicating Biblical truth in a way that is engaging and relevant to the issues students face
Help students grow in their faith and develop a Biblical worldview, through LifeGroup participation and service
Relate to and engage students from a variety of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds
Oversee, develop, care and encourage adult and student volunteers who serve and assist with shepherding students
Develop, plan and oversee all retreats, camps, mission projects and other scheduled events
Develop and maintain relationships with parents of youth
Develop and administer the student ministry budget
Qualified candidates will:
Be a_noemailmitted follower of Jesus Christ
Have excellent_noemailmunication skills
Be energetic and self-directed
Highly relational
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in student ministry
Have a degree from a 4-year university or college
Work well in a collaborative environment
