MCC is hiring a Pastor of Worship Arts to oversee our expanding worship ministry. We are a large (1600) and growing congregation located in Terre Haute, Indiana. We are an independent, non-denominational church passionate about helping people take one step closer to Christ. Our worship gatherings are progressive and presence based. Take some Bethel church, Hillsong, Redman, Hymns, Tomlin, throw it in a blender, hit puree and you have our worship culture. WORSHIP PASTOR
MISSION:To move people closer to Christ by overseeing the weekly worship gatherings, leading worship, collaborates with teaching pastor, and performing various pastoral duties.
PURPOSE: Responsible for (1) worship leading in both worship gatherings(2) creating and/or coordinating all elements of both Sunday gatherings, (3) performing miscellaneous pastoral duties.
