Job Description:

We are in search of a children's director for our Main Campus children's ministry.
The ministry includes someone to:
-Lead/Organize/Plan Kids Church.
-Monitor/Promote Spiritual growth of kids
-Organize/Recruit volunteers
-Calendar events for kids
-Work with other Children Directors on VBS
-Organize Wednesday Night volunteers
Management:
-Lead/Develop 4-7 people lead team
-Work/Communicate all events with Campus Pastor
-Coordinate with our other campus children's director
-Communicate with Parents clearly
Skill Set
-Energetic
-Team Builder
-Ability to Develop Leaders & put them in place
-Self Motivated
-Flexible
-Genuine Love for Kid
