Associate Pastor
Job Description:
The role of the Associate Pastor at Newlife is to work in harmony with the Lead Pastor and assist him in the leadership and ministry of the church. Must have good_noemailanization and people skills and determined alignment with the purpose, values and strategy of the church and align key leadership teams with its mission.
The Associate Pastor is the primary support person for the Lead Pastor and will work alongside our Elders and ministry teams to carry out our mission of discipleship, small groups, outreach, youth and missional duties. This includes assisting with service planning and design, periodic speaking, coordination of ministries, marketing and advertising, as well as outreach leadership and coordination.
