Job Description:
The Associate in Worship Ministry leads our team of worship leaders and volunteer worship team members to plan and provide music for our worship services, both weekend services and special worship events. The right person will be able to cast a vision for the worship focus, and to develop people in serving and leading in the worship ministry areas.
This position is part-time, but there is potential for fulltime as the congregation grows or based on a possible dual-role function (i.e. Worship and Missions, or Worship and Guest Services, etc.).

About Eagan Hills Church:
Eagan Hills Church began in 1980 and has grown to be the largest evangelical congregation in our suburb of 70,000 residents. Eagan Hills is part of the Christian and Missionary Alliance. The congregation includes over 700 adults and 500 children/students. We have a very talented team of a dozen staff members. Currently, Eagan Hills Church does two weekend services, and anticipates adding more services in the future.
Qualifications:
The ideal person is:
Devoted follower of Jesus Christ, ready to actively create an environment for others to be serving and growing as disciples of Jesus.
Leader of volunteer leaders, who thrives in a team approach to ministry, and who is committed to and supportive of our staff team of pastors and assistants.
Good communicator who can relate well with others.
Solid administrator who can plan, prioritize, schedule, multi-task, problem-solve, and competent with online database (Planning Center Online), MS Office technologies, and function with PC and Mac equipment.
Seminary degree is preferred, or at least an undergraduate degree in worship or music.
Five years or more of experience serving in a larger church specifically in worship ministry.
Ability to coach and interact with others musically, in both vocal and instruments.
