This Associate Pastor Position is intended to grow and develop into a senior pastor position over the next twenty years. This pastoral position involves Sunday morning preaching, discipleship and_noemailmunity building, and staff oversight—all of which are phased in over 5-10 years.
The responsibilities of the Associate Pastor are:
Preaching: The position begins immediately preaching 20 weeks a year, increasing over five years to 32 weeks.
Community, Discipleship, and Pastoral Care: This Associate pastor is responsible for building a culture of_noemailmunity and discipleship for the Millennial and Gen-Z generations with the assistance of existing staff for_noemailmunity life and discipleship. Pastoral Counselling, premarital education, weddings, and funerals for those in the Millennial and Gen-Z generations is primarily the purview of this position.
Staff Oversight: This position oversees the hiring of all future staff, eventually assuming the role of overseer for the entire staff.

Qualifications:
Masters of Divinity or other post graduate ministry degree—some work in original languages preferred
Ministry Experience in a church setting (not House Church, Para Church, or Cell Church)
Must be a citizen of the United States currently living in the United States
