Job Description:
Role Description: Kids Ministry Director - Part Time
Purpose: Give oversight and cast vision for the kids ministries at Evident Church and its support ministries.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the care and discipleship of the kids in our church.
Oversee the teams necessary to provide care and spiritual growth for our kids and families.
Recruit, train, and involve volunteers to assist in the kids ministry of the church.
Help develop and evaluate Evident's discipleship pathway as it relates to kids and families.
Maintain a personal spiritual vitality that models a healthy life and devotional balance.
Create a fun and exciting kids environments to help our children and families grow in their relationship with God.
Expectations:
Attend Evident Church weekly, special meetings/conferences, staff-related events, and any other events required. Be an active member of Evident Church Uphold the core values, belief statements, and employment policies of the church.
Evaluation & Compensation:
Compensation package is_noemailpetitive.
