Job Description:

Responsibilities
> Develop and lead a Student Life Ministry that includes:
Wednesday night youth worship gathering and teaching
Sunday morning class
Sunday night life group
Overseeing monthly, summer, and seasonal activities
Overseeing coordination of Wednesday night Children's program
Recruit, equip, and manage adult volunteers
Work with the local school to support NSBC students and reach new students
> Ministry to parents
Shepherd parents in times of need
Equip parents with resources to be the student's primary influence
> Other Duties/Responsibilities of the position
Assist in the a_noemailplishment of staff duties
Perform other duties necessary for the success of Northside Baptist Church.
