Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a staff member in a ministry leadership capacity. Experience with a large church (2000+).
Multi-Staff management role in Worship areas.
Bachelor's degree in biblical studies or a related field (In certain cases, extensive ministry experience could fulfill this requirement.)
Strong leader with a solid work ethic and ability to point-lead a complex department.
Demonstrated experience in managing people and projects with high-quality relational outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to listen, discern, facilitate discussions, "see the big picture", and build consensus.
Ability to maintain a positive outlook and spirit of teamwork even in the midst of time sensitive projects.
Demonstrated creative, organizational, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, accuracy, follow-through, and project management skills.
