Provide Spiritual Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive vision and strategy for the youth ministry.
Lead regular worship services, Bible studies, and discipleship programs specifically tailored to youth.
Provide spiritual guidance, counseling, and mentorship to youth on an individual and group basis.
Foster an environment of inclusivity, respect, and genuine care for each individual.
Youth Program Coordination:
Plan and organize engaging and age-appropriate activities, events, and retreats for the youth.
Collaborate with volunteers, parents, and church staff to ensure smooth operation of youth programs.
Create opportunities for youth to serve, participate in missions, and engage with the broader community.
Relationship Building:
Establish strong relationships with youth, their families, and the broader church community.
Actively engage in outreach efforts to attract and connect with youth in the local community.
Encourage parental involvement and maintain regular communication with parents regarding youth ministry activities.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with church leadership, pastors, and other ministry teams to align youth ministry with the overall vision and mission of the church.
Recruit, train, and equip volunteers to effectively serve in various youth ministry roles.
Foster a spirit of teamwork and mentorship among volunteers, providing ongoing support and development opportunities.

Job Qualifications:
Prior experience in youth ministry or related roles.
Strong biblical knowledge and ability to effectively communicate and teach God's Word to youth.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to connect with and relate to youth, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capability to build and lead a team.
