The Church Administrator is the team leader for administration and facilities at First (Scots) with teammates in administration, facility, and fiscal management. Qualified candidates for the position of Church Administrator should have a strong background in business administration, personnel management, and in_noemailanizational budgets and financial matters. The Church Administrator manages a macro view of these areas, ensuring that the administrative and facility staff enable the congregation's strategic goals. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a collaborative and thoughtful leadership style that empowers all team members to do their best work.
Job Requirements:
A four year degree is preferred, but not required.
Experience in church or other non-profit administration/management is preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, EXCEL, Publisher, etc.), ADP, ACS, REALM Adobe and CANVA is preferred.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience
