We are seeking a high energy, outgoing, organized, and positive person to help us administrate and scale our growing church. We are looking for the right person to join our small and self motivated staff. Alignment with our mission, culture, and methodology is essential.
The ideal candidate for the Church Administrator position should have some previous church experience and/or a background in management, finances, facilities, and a proven track record of supervising people.
This position requires the ability to clearly communicate in writing and verbally the church's policies, financial position, operational and facility issues with small and large groups. Must also be able to work effectively with others including staff and volunteers.
The position requires a broad knowledge of organizational operations and the ability to identify areas which require improvement. Applicants should have adequate technological experience to propose solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. Proficiency with database management systems (Planning Center) and mass communication systems (Pastors Line) is required.
This is a full-time position (5 days per week) Monday through Thursday 9a-4p and Sunday 7a-2p. One week day evening. Fridays and Saturdays are typically off with exceptions in which case day off can shift.
