+Supervise office and facility staff including outside contractors providing oversight, assistance, and coordination in the daily operations of the church office and facilities.
+Manage the accounting and finance activities, including, but not limited to, preparing financial reports and budgets, ensuring compliance with internal accounting controls, and ensuring tax forms are prepared and distributed in a timely manner.
+Maintain personnel records, personnel policies, vacation and leave requests, and job descriptions for church employees, including preschool employees.
+Coordinate payroll and benefits with external third-party firm for accurate and timely submissions.
+Assure compliance with federal and state labor laws.
+Oversee the purchase of supplies for the church and office.
+Manage and maintain all insurance policies, vendor relationships, maintenance agreements, and legal documents.
