Job Description:
This hourly position exists to create programs for children in Kindergarten through 8th grade to grow in a social environment outside the regular school day and to collaborate with parents and colleagues in providing a safe atmosphere for learning and play.
The director is the lead driver for School Age Care (SAC) and will have strong_noemailmunication skills, scheduling experience, and the ability to create events, activities, and special programs for the students. The director works with Christ Lutheran personnel and outside vendors to offer engaging and Christ-centered afterschool, summer camp, and holiday camp, enrichment activities.
Experience in child-care programs and a deep love of Christ and His people is required. Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel experience required. A Bachelor's Degree and/or child development training is a plus.
