We are looking for a Director of Student Ministries to minister to junior high/high school students in our church and to reach them in our community.

Qualified candidates will:
- Be primarily committed to their faith in Jesus Christ.
- Have experience in youth ministry leadership.
- Demonstrate an ability to connect with youth/parents, build and equip teams, and lead.
- Develop a ministry plan that includes outreach, discipleship, mission, and community.
- Be in agreement with the theology and under the teaching of the pastor(s) at DWCC.
