Job Description:
We are seeking a Director of Youth and Adult Discipleship. The Director will carry out a ministry of teaching, leadership, and administration for the purpose of developing new and deeper disciples of Jesus Christ, specifically middle and high school youth, and adults. We anticipate at first that job responsibilities will be divided 80% youth/20% adults. In addition, the Director will also assist the congregation in reaching outside the walls of the church and bringing new people into the community of the church.
Central is a downtown church in a small city in a growing, diversifying county in south-central Pennsylvania. You will find supportive ministry colleagues, a congregation that will cheer you on and a growing youth group ready for new leadership. Our current Director is moving out of the area.
