Looking for a solid ministry to expand through pouring your heart into lots of youth while becoming part of a supportive and loving church community? St. Paul Lutheran Church (NALC/LCMC) is a growing congregation looking for an experienced leader to build into our thriving youth ministry. The Director of Youth Ministry is a full time position responsible for leading, administrating, and developing volunteers for both Sunday morning Christian Education for grades preK-12th grade and Sunday evening MS/HS youth ministry that reaches out not only to the St Paul Lutheran youth but also to youth from area churches. This is a unique ministry that reaches our own youth and community youth, and it works for our area! The Director is expected to have gifts in administration, faith nurture, relational ministry, social media skills, and strong recruiting and training of volunteers in order to continue to develop this vibrant ministry as we grow disciples of Jesus Christ. Competitive salary with benefits; friendly small town of Clyde, Ohio. Previous youth ministry required.
