We are looking for a leader with vision to propel us forward in our passion and purpose. This person should be a spirit-filled, theologically conservative Anabaptist pastor who loves Jesus Christ. We are looking for someone with good biblical preaching and leadership skills. Good management skills are preferred, and a sense of humor is a must. We are a pastor-led congregation with an Oversight Team who supports the vision of the church, keeps us theologically sound, and supports the pastors and staff. Our Servant Leadership Team consists of leaders of our various ministries.
