Ordained or licensed minister with a recognized theological education from an accredited
institution.
Proven experience, preferably as a Lead Pastor or in a similar capacity.
Excellent preaching and teaching skills, with the ability to communicate biblical truths in
a compelling and relatable manner.
Strong relational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people of all
ages and backgrounds.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team, fostering a collaborative and
supportive environment.
A heart for community engagement and a passion for reaching the lost with the love of
Christ.
Commitment to the core doctrines and beliefs of the Christian faith.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple
responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
