Lead Pastor Job - Hatboro Community Church, Hatboro, PA, Pennsylvania

Ability to deliver Biblical sermons in a relatable way to a multi-generational church family in a contemporary worship service
Ability to administrate an active childcare program of 85 children with a Director and staff of 12
Ability to oversee a church staff including a Children's Ministry Coordinator, a Worship Team Leader, a Board of elders and a church Trustee Board
A desire to reach and help our surrounding_noemailmunity
An approachable leader who shows true interest in the lives of the congregation
Ability to plan and implement a vision for church growth
Ability to provide Pastoral care including: counseling, visitation, weddings, funerals and the Sacraments of the church
Fluency in current technology and social media platforms is a plus
College and/or Seminary education strongly preferred

A salary package of approximately $60,000.00 will be offered.
