Is gifted in biblical preaching and teaching
Values an Anabaptist theological and biblical perspective
Possesses the qualities of enthusiasm and friendliness
Will motivate and equip members to discover and utilize their gifts to the betterment of the congregation
Will embrace the concerns and heartfelt needs of the congregation.
