Marketing Director Job - Eagles Wings Ministries, Naukati Bay , Alaska

Leadership:
Represent Eagles Wings Ministries' vision, mission and strategic plan to enlarge a_noemailwork of stakeholders
Identify, assess and inform the Board of opportunities for growth and effectiveness of strategies being implemented to further the strategic plan
Foster effective teamwork between Board, personnel, and stakeholders
Act as a spokesperson for EWM, responsible for all digital and physical information about the ministry. I.e. inte_noemail postings, brochures
Conduct official correspondence on behalf of the ministry
Marketing Planning and Management:
Participate in team-driven marketing planning to develop goals and objectives that further the strategic plan
Implement goals and objectives, maintaining established timelines and reporting back to the Board
Human Resources Planning and Management:
Using approved job / work descriptions, recruit and r_noemailmend employees and volunteers to the Operations Manager for consideration
Provide orientation about EWM services and training to enrolled pastors for how to refer, sponsor and support clients
Financial Planning and Management:
Participate with the Board Finance Committee to prepare a_noemailprehensive marketing budget
Research funding sources, and write funding proposals to secure adequate funding for the operation of EWM
Oversee development of fund-raising plans and participate in fund-raising activities
Provide the Board with_noemailprehensive regular reports on marketing revenues and expenditures
Community Relations / Advocacy:
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed of EWM's progress and specific needs or changes in the_noemailmunity(s) served by EWM via messages, newsletters, blog posts, social media etc.
Establish sound working relationships and collaborative arrangements with churches,_noemailmunity groups, and other_noemailanizations to help achieve EWM goals and broaden the scope of services
Qualifications:
Education:
University Degree_noemailpleted or in progress in a related field

Experience:
Strong understanding of progressive marketing planning
Experience in a non-profit setting
Working Conditions:
Marketing Director may be a remote position with business conducted online and in person throughout the Pacific Northwest region and Alaska. Travel is required
This is a one-year position with re-hire based on successful establishment of a consistent funding base that supports EWM budgetary needs
Work hours are flexible to a_noemailmodate activities such as attending meetings
Work hours may vary
Check-in with Board President every other week
PayScale:
Base salary $20-25K DOE with bonus and raises based on annual performance review and percentage of fiscal growth.
