*Provide students and parents with a variety of guides, aids, and devotionals to help individuals find their own authentic ways of faith formation and discipleship.
*Lead students in ways that foster mutual support and the gift of community in Christ.
*In collaboration with other GUMC staff, seek to develop opportunities for youth involvement within Galloway such as drama, missions and outreach, church camps, worship, etc.
*Equip students to engage in relational faith-sharing that is authentic to their own respective individual personalities.
*Oversee and guide the Youth Spiritual Formation Team of volunteers.
*Under the direction of the Family Minister pastor, collaborate with the Children's Director to plan and implement Confirmation.
*Provide pastoral care for students.
*Actively recruit unchurched youth while maintaining a proportional emphasis on discipleship & nurture.
*Engage in intentional relationships with college students in the Jackson Metro area as well as remaining in relationships with Galloway Collegians in other geographic areas.
