Provide high-level administrative support to the Pastors, Elder Board, and ministry leaders.
Review and make recommendations to streamline all administrative processes and office functions.
Serve as primary administrative and operational liaison with ministry team leaders, members and attenders.
Manage the calendar of events for the Church
Support the Financial Overseer, Treasurer, and Financial Secretary as necessary.
Effectively maintain the membership database (Servant Keeper)
Communicate with all visiting speakers and preachers to provide guidelines for staff communication and requirements for Sunday services.
Communicate and manage relationships as necessary with vendors related to office functions
Serve as liaison between the homeschool co-op and JBC leadership (Board of Trustees, Pastors, and Elder Board).
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
