Job Description:

We are seeking a proven leader to join our staff as our Pastor or Leader of Worship. This is a full time position. We are looking for a godly, creative, and vibrant individual who has a passion for worship and who can lead worship both vocally (a strong singer among a cast of singers) and instrumentally (guitar preferred). We desire someone who is an effective_noemailmunicator with good stage presence, and who has the ability to connect with people individually as well as with the congregation as a whole. If they are not theologically trained, we will encourage them to acquire that training while on the job at our expense.

We are a 16 year old church of around 900 people located in the_noemailmunity of Urbana in Frederick County, MD. In 2011 we opened our first ever facility that is located on 20 acres of land.
